Beaded burlap table runner

While the kids were away, I really needed something to keep my busy. Of course, I headed over to the craft store. I had planned to cover our dining room chairs, but the pattern I chose completely clashed with our tablecloth.  I didn't want a naked table and I love anything with burlap so I picked up a few yards of it. I found this tutorial at The Well Crafted Home. I followed those very detailed instructions and came out with this! I think the one in the tutorial turned out much nicer, but I'm happy with mine too. I think a burlap table runner was a simple and fairly cheap way to add my personality to our dining area! It was 3 dollars a yard, and the beads were on sale!
